Room Use Policies
All current Students, Faculty and Staff holding a valid UNBC Library Account and PIN are eligible to book study rooms.
Rooms may be booked up to 2 hours twice a day, but not consecutively. Users may make a maximum of four bookings per ten day period.
Food and drink may be consumed in the study rooms under the guidelines identified by the Geoffrey R. Weller Library Food and Drink Policy.
For the comfort of all … please dispose of all garbage and recyclables.
Use of these rooms is based on the honour system so please vacate the room promptly when your designated time has ended.
By signing in and booking a study room, the user agrees to behave in accordance with the University of Northern British Columbia’s Student Conduct Statement of Principles under Undergraduate Regulations and Policies.
Users’ found to be in violation of the University of Northern British Columbia’s Student Conduct Statement of Principles under Undergraduate Regulations and Policies will have their room booking privileges suspended.
Library Staff reserve the right to cancel room bookings standing in violation of the aforementioned policies.
