It is VERY IMPORTANT for Regional and Distance users to login to My Library Account to check the following items:
- Ensure that your Home Library is selected as "Regional" via the drop down menu.
- Check that we have your current address and telephone number.
If you are having problems accessing online resources from off campus, you can try to access the library’s online resources using UNBC's Virtual Desktop (after entering a username, password, and domain, students should choose Student Lab desktop while faculty and staff should choose Faculty Remote Access desktop).
